Galapagos for newbies
Some non-French speaking friends have recently been complaining about the lack of comprehension of my blog, though the nice pictures...
So today Bruno, this is the lesson of English...
A good life is a structured life, made of certitudes. So let's review the book of Fakts I've been writing since I first came here :
Fakt nº1 : Forget me here, I will be fine.
I have never explained you the geographical aspects of the Galapagos Islands. I feared it would be too boring.
Now I just don't care, so let sit comfortably :
Basically, the Galapagos Islands are an archipelago of 136 islands and islets, but only 19 can really be considered as "islands". Santa Cruz, the isle I'm living in, is the second biggest, and the most populated. The main town there is called "Puerto Ayora", and the school I'm working in is situated right in the center, not far away from my house.
So oviously, this town is a port. And I prove it.
This is the view I get when I take on the left by leaving the internet cafe. Now you understand why I did not post anything since 5 days...

Fakt nº2 : Bananas might be yellow outside, and orange inside...
...and taste gorgeous.
Also, I have just discovered the taste all advocado should have...
The word "Advocado" in the previous sentence can also be replaced by "papaya", "mango", "pineapple" and "life"
I did not believed Carolyn when she said she really had problems eating advocatos in Europe after coming back from Ecuador, but I do understand her now...
Fakt nº3 : Salamander are quiet roomates...
...though not very talkative...
To be honest, I miss my german ones.
Also, I was speaking about my two new spanish flatmates. They came, directly from Cadiz.
Sorry Barcelona friends, but I will need a little more time to lose my lovely Andalousian accent...
Actually, we also have two unexpected new flatmates. But except preventing the children from playing soccer in the yard, they are pretty unarmful...

(their names are Titi and Grosminet...)
Fakt nº4 : Pinguins are not that bad at playing freezbee...
...especially in their natural environment...
